Simply Nourished is for you if you shop your local market weekly or shop for your produce at your local food co-op or Whole Foods! If you are new to organic, seasonal local foods, not to worry, we will teach you the basics here!
Simply Nourished is designed to be self paced. We hope you'll curl up with a cup of coffee in the early mornings or sit outside in the sunshine and learn with us as you have pockets of time during the day. Simply Nourished contains foundations to add to your kitchen! Although we prefer to teach you how to intuitively cook in your kitchen vs giving you exact recipes we have included a few! Learn our perfected french press coffee ritual, simple salad dressing, energy bite recipe, and more! The banana bread and muffin recipes are our favorite! Oh, and maybe the Sunday brunch, green juice, and olive oil cake too!
You are welcome here! All of the recipes in our courses are gluten free. We have even included a gluten free guide to your panty and baking basket.
