My style in the kitchen is bright and fresh! My favorite is to build gorgeous flavors with minimal, simple ingredients and a few simple techniques in the kitchen. I adore the freshest, local ingredients and build depth and flavor gently. I dream of delicious whole, real food being approachable, with an essence of beauty and economy.
I start with the best fresh farmers market veggies I can find. Lemon, olive oil, and sea salt are used in abundance in our kitchen. I use chiles, mustards, & champagne vinegar to add a little heat, depth, and zest to bring out big flavor in the dishes. I love bright vinaigrettes, herby sauces, and salty fresh Parmesan to plate a dish.
It can be intimidating to cook delicious, gorgeous fresh food. I hope to show you that with the freshest ingredients and a few simple techniques, your kitchen can flow with effortless ease. I find so much joy in cooking and building community around my table. I love to create a warm, welcoming space around the table that feels like a warm hug and a joyful celebration.
